PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel capable of preventing corrosion due to electric erosion and having high strength, by surely draining rainwater infiltrating into a panel body to the outside of the panel body.SOLUTION: In a soundproof panel composed of an object of forming a front face plate 3 forming with a louver, a back face plate 4 and a side surface plate 5 which are formed in a box shape so that a longitudinal cross-sectional shape becomes a parallelogram and having a panel body 1 having an upper surface 1a and an undersurface 1b inclining in an upward inclination toward the front face plate 3, the undersurface 1b of the panel body 1 comprises a water conveyance plate 8 arranged in a downward inclination on the front face plate 1a side, and the front face plate 1a is formed with a drain port 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パネル本体内に浸入した雨水等を確実にパネル本体外に排水することができ、電蝕による腐食を防止することができ、しかも、強度が高い防音パネルを提供する。【解決手段】ルーバーが形成された正面板３と、背面板４と、側面板５とを縦断面形状が平行四辺形となるように箱状に形成したものからなり、上面１ａおよび下面１ｂが正面板３に向かってそれぞれ上り傾斜に傾斜しているパネル本体１を備えた防音パネルにおいて、パネル本体１の下面１ｂは、正面板１ａ側に下り傾斜に配された導水板８を備え、正面板に１ａは、排水口１２が形成されている。【選択図】図１
