Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive excellent in detachability and hardly generating floating or peeling from an adherend after exposed under high temperature environment or high temperature high humidity environment, and an adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: There is provide an adhesive containing an acrylic polymer (A), an organic silane compound (B) and a crosslinking agent (C), wherein the copolymer (A) is a copolymer containing at least a carboxyl group-containing monomer (a-1) unit and a hydroxyl group-containing monomer (a-2) unit and the organic silane compound (B) is a silicone oligomer which contains an epoxy group or the like or dose not.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】剥離性に優れ、高温環境下や高温高湿環境下に曝された後、被着体からの浮きや剥がれが発生しにくい粘着剤およびそれを用いた粘着シートの提供。【解決手段】アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）、有機シラン化合物（Ｂ）および架橋剤（Ｃ）を含んでなる粘着剤であって、共重合体（Ａ）は、少なくともカルボキシル基含有モノマー（ａ−１）単位および水酸基含有モノマー（ａ−２）単位を含有する共重合体であり、有機シラン化合物（Ｂ）が、エポキシ基等を含む、または含まないシリコーンオリゴマーである粘着剤。【選択図】なし
