PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film that can be readily manufactured, has low electrical surface resistance, has high transparency, and has high adherence between a substrate film and a conductive layer, and a touch panel that can be readily manufactured, has high transparency, and has high endurance.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film that includes a substrate film containing a hydride of a block copolymer of a polymer containing an alicyclic structure, or an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, or containing a combination thereof and a conductive layer placed on a surface of the substrate film, in which the electric conductive layer contains a polythiophene-based compound, a polystyrene sulfonate compound, a conductivity improver, and a polyamide compound; and a touch panel provided with the transparent conductive film.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】容易に製造でき、表面抵抗が低く、透明性が高く、且つ、基材フィルムと導電層との密着性が高い透明導電性フィルム、並びに容易に製造でき、透明性が高く、且つ耐久性が高いタッチパネルを提供する。【解決手段】脂環式構造含有重合体、若しくは芳香族ビニル化合物及び共役ジエン化合物のブロック共重合体の水素化物を含むか、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの面上に設けられた導電層とを備え、前記導電層が、ポリチオフェン系化合物、ポリスチレンスルホン酸化合物、導電性向上剤、及びポリアミド化合物を含む、透明導電性フィルム；並びに、当該透明導電性フィルムを備えるタッチパネル。【選択図】なし
