Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely extract solid industrial wastes of high rigidity by performing neither drum cutting processing nor chemical treatment by making the work more efficient than conventional when the solid industrial wastes of high rigidity are extracted out of a drum.SOLUTION: An excavation mechanism is constituted of a spiral blade and an edge part formed at the tip of the blade, and a drive part that rotationally drives the blade and the edge part, and keeps the crush load of the excavation mechanism set at 16 kN or more. The edge part is in a near conical shape downwardly tapered, a side blade is provided in the side wall and at the tip of the edge part with a cone apex angle θ of 60° or more and 100° or less in a near conical shape at the edge part, a cone height H is 4 cm or more and 8 cm or less in a near conical shape at the edge part, and a blade length w of the side blade expressed by the shortest distance from the side wall of the edge part is 1 cm or more and 6 cm or less. The blade and the edge part are penetrated to a predetermined position in a drum while being rotated through the operation of a lifting mechanism and that of the drive part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ドラム缶から硬度の高い固形の産業廃棄物を取り出す場合に、従来に比べ作業の効率化が図られ、硬度の高い固形の産業廃棄物をドラム缶の切断処理や化学処理を行うことなく安全に取り出す。【解決手段】掘削機構は、らせん状の刃部及び当該刃部の先端に形成される刃先部と、刃部及び刃先部を回転駆動させる駆動部から構成され、掘削機構の破砕荷重は16kN以上に設定され、刃先部は下方に向かってテーパー形状を有する略円錐形状であり、刃先部の側壁ならびに先端部には側刃が設けられ、刃先部の略円錐形状における円錐の頂角θは60°以上100°以下であり、刃先部の略円錐形状における円錐高さHは4cm以上8cm以下であり、刃先部の側壁からの最短距離で表される前記側刃の刃長wは1cm以上6cm以下であり、昇降機構ならびに駆動部の稼働により、刃部及び刃先部が回転しながらドラム缶内の所定の位置まで侵入させられる。【選択図】図2 |
