METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror-finished building material in which a coating film on the outermost surface is not polished and an inorganic base material is concealed.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a building material which includes a first step of applying an underlayer coating onto an inorganic base material (surface), curing the underlayer coating, and polishing the underlayer coating, and a second step of applying an enamel coating onto the inorganic base material, and curing the enamel coating, where the underlayer coating contains an underlayer forming material and a filler, the enamel coating contains an enamel forming material and a pigment, the enamel forming material is used as a solvent-based resin, a filler content of the underlayer coating is set at 40-70% in terms of solid content ratio, and a pigment content of the enamel coating is set at 1-50% in terms of solid content ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】最表面の塗膜を研磨せず、かつ、無機質基材を隠蔽した、鏡面仕上げ建材を提供する。【解決手段】無機質基材の上（表面）に下地塗料を塗布し、硬化、研磨する第一のステップと、エナメル塗料を塗布し、硬化させる第二のステップとを備え、前記下地塗料は、下地形成材と充填剤とを含有し、前記エナメル塗料は、エナメル形成材と顔料とを含有し、前記エナメル形成材を溶剤系樹脂とし、前記下地塗料の充填剤含有量を固形分対比で４０〜７０％とし、前記エナメル塗料の顔料含有量を固形分対比で１〜５０％とする建材の製造方法。【選択図】図１
