PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant fixture with excellent intraosseous fixability and removability, and a dental implant system and a dental implant having the same.SOLUTION: A dental implant fixture 1 comprises: a bottomed substantially cylindrical body part 2; pin insertion holes 3 penetrating between an inner peripheral surface 231 and an outer peripheral surface 232 of a side wall part 23 of the body part 2; and pins 4 inserted into the pin insertion holes 3 in a state in which pin tip parts 41 can protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface 232.
