Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a compressor instantaneously after stop of the compressor by reducing a torque.SOLUTION: When a compressor is instantaneously stopped, it is discriminated whether the compressor is recovered within T seconds (S201) and if not (No in S201), the compressor is stopped (S202). If the compressor is recovered within T seconds (Yes in T201), it is discriminated whether a tank pressure is 0.5 MPa or lower (S203). If not (No in S203), PS-H is displayed and the compressor is set on standby (S204). If the tank pressure is 0.5 MPa or lower (Yes in S203), the compressor is re-started (S206). An unload solenoid valve SV2 is opened (S207) and after the lapse of one second (Yes in S208), a lubricant solenoid valve SV3 is then opened (S209). After the lapse of five seconds (Yes in S210), a lubricant solenoid valve SV1 is then opened (S211). After the lapse of eight seconds (Yes in S212), the unload solenoid valve SV2 is then closed (S213) and the compressor is shifted to a continuous operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】トルクを低減し、コンプレッサの停止後瞬時に復帰可能とする。【解決手段】瞬時停止すると、T秒以内に復電するか否かを判定し(S201)、そうでなければ(S201でNo)、コンプレッサを停止する(S202)。T秒以内に復電したら(S201でYes)、タンク圧力0.5MPa以下であるか否かを判定し(S203)、そうでなければ(S203でNo)、PS-Hを表示し待機する(S204)。タンク圧力0.5MPa以下である場合には(S203でYes)、コンプレッサを再起動する(S206)。アンロード電磁弁SV2を開(S207)にした上で、1秒経過したら(S208でYes)、潤滑油電磁弁SV3を開(S209)にした上で、5秒経過したら(S210でYes)、潤滑油電磁弁SV1を開(S211)にした上で、8秒経過したら(S212でYes)、アンロード電磁弁SV2を閉(S213)にし、連続運転に移行する。【選択図】図2 |
