Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress height variation in a projection formed by press working even when depth variation in the projection has occurred when a recess subjected to the press working has been formed by half etching.SOLUTION: A mask pattern is applied to a part region of a surface in an opposite side to a synthetic resin plate 70 of metal plate 38, then the plate 38 is etched, and a recess 38a and a first projection 38b projecting from the bottom surface of the recess 38a are formed on the plate 38. Subsequently, the first projection 38b of the plate 38 is press-worked by abutting a punch 73 on the first projection 38b, and thereby a second projection 50 projecting from an ink ejection surface 39a is formed on a laminate 52 of the plate 38 and a nozzle plate 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】プレス加工が施される凹部をハーフエッチングで形成したときに、凹部に深さばらつきが生じた場合でも、プレス加工で形成される凸部の高さばらつきを抑えること。【解決手段】金属製のプレート38の、合成樹脂プレート70とは反対側の面の一部領域にマスクパターンを施してからエッチングを行い、プレート38に、凹部38a、及び、凹部38aの底面から突き出た第1凸部38bを形成する。次に、プレート38の第1凸部38bにパンチ73を当ててプレス加工を行うことにより、プレート38とノズルプレート39の積層体52に、インク吐出面39aから突出する第2凸部50を形成する。【選択図】図7
