PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable band restriction according to priority with improved communication quality.SOLUTION: Transmission equipment 100 receives a packet which has a plurality of priority levels, and transmits the received packet according to a packet destination. The transmission equipment 100 includes: a plurality of input control units 104 each inputting each received packet, to distribute and output the input packet according to the destination; and a plurality of output control units 105 each inputting the packet distributed according to the destination, to output the input packet. Each input control unit 104 extracts a data amount for each priority level of the input packet. Each output control unit 105 calculates a discard data amount which each input control unit 104 discards, on the basis of a data amount for each priority level extracted by the input control unit 104 and a data amount which can output the packet, to notify the input control unit 104 of the calculated discard data amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】優先度に応じた帯域制限が行え、通信品質を向上できること。【解決手段】伝送装置１００は、複数の優先度を有するパケットを受信し、受信したパケットをパケットの宛先に応じて送信する。伝送装置１００は、受信したパケットを入力し、入力したパケットを宛先に応じて振り分けて出力する複数の入力制御部１０４と、宛先に応じて振り分けられたパケットを入力し、入力したパケットを出力する複数の出力制御部１０５を備える。入力制御部１０４は、入力される前記パケットの優先度毎のデータ量を抽出する。出力制御部１０５は、入力制御部１０４で抽出された優先度毎のデータ量と、パケットを出力可能なデータ量とに基づいて、各入力制御部１０４がそれぞれ廃棄する廃棄データ量を算出し、算出した廃棄データ量を各入力制御部１０４に通知する。【選択図】図１
