Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fault symptom in consideration of influences from other instruments.SOLUTION: An analysis system includes: acquiring alarm information indicating the occurrence time and type of alarms generated in a plurality of instruments; acquiring a first occurrence time of a first alarm generated in an instrument in which a fault occurs from the alarm information; identifying, based on connection information, connection instrument information indicating an instrument that is directly or indirectly connected to the instrument in which a fault occurs; acquiring from the alarm information a second occurrence time of the alarm generated in the instrument indicated by the connection instrument information; identifying from the alarm information a second alarm related to the first alarm of the alarms generated in the instrument indicated by the connection instrument information, based on the first occurrence time and the second occurrence time; storing a combination of the first alarm, the second alarm and the fault in integrated information; and calculating, based on the integrated information and the alarm information, the probability of occurrence of a fault when an alarm of the same type as the first alarm and an alarm of the same type of the second alarm are generated in association with each other, for each type of fault.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】他の機器からの影響を考慮した故障予兆を検知する。【解決手段】複数の機器において発生した警報の発生時刻と種類とを示す警報情報を取得し、故障が発生した機器において発生した第1の警報の第1の発生時刻を警報情報から取得し、故障が発生した機器と直接又は間接に接続する機器を示す接続機器情報を、接続情報に基づいて特定し、接続機器情報が示す機器において発生した警報の第2の発生時刻を警報情報から取得し、第1の発生時刻及び第2の発生時刻に基づいて、接続機器情報が示す機器において発生した警報のうち、第1の警報と関連がある第2の警報を、警報情報から特定し、第1の警報、第2の警報及び故障の組み合わせを統合情報に格納し、統合情報及び警報情報に基づいて、第1の警報と同じ種類の警報及び第2の警報と同じ種類の警報が関連して発生する場合の故障の発生確率を、故障の種類毎に算出する。【選択図】図1 |
