Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a disadvantage that installation of a closed-cell type automatic ice making machine at facility such as a ship oscillated in a vertical direction or a lateral direction upon receiving wave also causes an ice making water tank at the automatic ice making machine to be oscillated as the ship oscillates and the ice making water in the tank generates wave and when this wave is high, the ice making water is leaked out of a movable unit to cause the ice making water level in the tank to be decreased, then, a pump motor shows air trapped therein, the ice making water cannot be sent or a shape of ice becomes unsatisfactory.SOLUTION: There is provided a partition plate 44 positioned inside an ice making water tank 28 and positioned at a front side of a front wall surface 42 of a water pan 26 and at the same time this partition plate 44 is provided with an over-flow part 46 at a position higher than a lower end edge 42a of the front wall surface 42 at the water pan 26. With this arrangement as above, even if the ice making water in the ice making water tank 28 is waved, the wave is braked by the partition plate 44 and also flowing-out of the ice making water from the over-flow part 46 can also be restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】船舶のように波浪を受けて縦や横に揺れる施設にクローズドセル式自動製氷機を設置すると、該船舶の揺動に伴って自動製氷機における製氷水タンクも揺動し、該タンクの製氷水に波立ちを生ずる。この波立ちが大きいと、可動ユニットから製氷水が漏出して、該タンクの製氷水位が減少してしまう。するとポンプモータがエアー噛みして製氷水を送れなくなったり、氷の形状が不満足なものになったりする。【解決手段】製氷水タンク28の内側で、かつ水皿26の前方壁面42より前方に位置する仕切り板44が設けられると共に、この仕切り板44には、水皿26における前方壁面42の下端縁42aより高い位置にオーバーフロー部46が設けられている。これにより製氷水タンク28中の製氷水が波立っても、仕切り板44により制動されると共に、オーバーフロー部46からの製氷水の流出も抑制できる。【選択図】図4 |
