Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electric fusion joint to be manufactured mainly without using any injection molding device or metal-mold.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an electric fusion joint 3 having a joint main body 4, coil parts 5, electrical energization terminal parts 6. The joint main body 4 has coil storing recess parts 11 on an inner peripheral surface and has insertion and passing holes 12 enabling end parts 5a of coil parts 5 to be inserted or passed from the inner peripheral surface side toward the outer peripheral surface side. The coil parts 5 are constituted by covering wires 15 including core wires 13 and covering parts 14. The coil parts 5 are installed in the coil storing recess parts 11 of the joint main body 4, the ends 5a of the coil parts 5 are inserted into the insertion and passing holes 12, and the insertion and passing holes 12 are buried with resin material 16 from an outer peripheral side of the joint main body 4 under a state in which the electrical energization terminal parts 6 are installed at the ends 5a of the coil parts 5 from the outer peripheral sides of the insertion and passing holes 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に、射出成形装置や金型を用いずに電気融着継手を作ることができるようにする。【解決手段】樹脂製の継手本体4と、コイル部5と、通電用端子部6と、を有する電気融着継手3に関する。継手本体4が、内周面にコイル収容凹部11を有すると共に、コイル部5の端部5aを内周面側から外周面側へ向けて挿通可能な挿通穴12を有する。コイル部5が、芯線13と被覆部14とを有する被覆線15によって構成される。継手本体4のコイル収容凹部11にコイル部5が装着され、挿通穴12にコイル部5の端部5aが挿通され、更に、コイル部5の端部5aに挿通穴12の外周側から通電用端子部6が装着された状態で、挿通穴12が継手本体4の外周側から樹脂材料16によって埋められている。【選択図】図1 |
