PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitation sheet high in fixation percentage of a softener and excellent in feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a sanitation sheet having improved touch or feeling with increasing softener content because fixation percentage of a softener can be enhanced by filling a coagulant together with the softener into the sanitation sheet. There is provided a sanitation sheet therein preferably the coagulant is a cationic coagulant and content thereof is 1 wt.% or more. Further there is provided a sanitation sheet which is preferably a tissue paper containing both or one of dry paper strengthening agent and wet paper strengthening agent and having basis weight of 10 to 25 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】柔軟剤の定着率が高く風合いに優れた衛生用紙の提供。【解決手段】衛生用紙は，柔軟剤とともに凝結剤を衛生用紙に内添させることで，柔軟剤の定着率を高めることができるので，柔軟剤含有量が増加し，衛生用紙の手触りや風合い良化した衛生用紙。好ましくは凝結剤がカチオン性凝結剤であり、その含有量が１重量％以上である衛生用紙。更に、乾燥紙力剤及び湿潤紙力剤の両方又は一方を含有し、坪量が１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ２である薄葉紙であることが好ましい衛生用紙。【選択図】なし
