Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collector capable of restraining a rise in the ozone concentration in a casing, when the air volume in the casing is reduced.SOLUTION: An electric dust collector comprises a detection device 10 for detecting the air volume in a casing 1, in which the detection device 10 is composed of a rotary shaft 5, a ventilation resistance part 6, a rotary part 7 and a sensor 9, and the rotary shaft 5 is provided on the downstream side of a dust collection part 3 in the casing 1, and the ventilation resistance part 6 is fixed to the rotary shaft 5, and lowers by dead weight when there is no wind, and rotates by wind pressure when there is the wind, and the rotary part 7 is fixed to the rotary shaft 5 on the inner wall side of the casing 1 more than the ventilation resistance part 6, and the sensor 9 detects a distance between the rotary part 7 and the sensor 9, and switches ON and OFF of electric conduction between an electrification part 2 and the dust collection part 3 in response to the distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】筐体内の風量が低下した場合に、筐体内のオゾン濃度の上昇を抑制できる電気集塵装置を提供する。【解決手段】筐体1内の風量を検知するための検知装置10を備え、検知装置10は、回転軸5と、通風抵抗部6と、回転部7と、センサー9とからなり、回転軸5は筐体1内において集塵部3よりも下流側に設けられ、通風抵抗部6は、回転軸5に固定され、風が無い場合は自重で下がり、風がある場合は風圧により回動し、回転部7は、通風抵抗部6よりも筐体1の内壁側において、回転軸5に固定され、センサー9は、回転部7とセンサー9との距離を検知し、距離に応じて帯電部2と集塵部3の通電のオンとオフが切り替わる電気集塵装置。【選択図】図1 |
