ORGANIC SOLVENT RECOVERY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solvent recovery device safely processible when processing an organic solvent of high reactivity.SOLUTION: An organic solvent recovery device 1 comprises a plurality of adsorption tanks 7 filled with an adsorbent 8 for desorbing an organic solvent by using steam by adsorbing the organic solvent by contacting processed gas 2 including the organic solvent with the adsorbent 8, and cools-recovers desorption gas including the organic solvent discharged by a desorption process by a condenser 15, by alternately repeating an adsorption process of discharging as process gas by adsorbing the organic solvent to the adsorbent 8 by supplying the processed gas 2 to the adsorbent 8 filled in the adsorption tank 7 and a desorption process of discharging as desorption gas including the organic solvent by desorbing the organic solvent from the adsorbent 8 by supplying the steam to the adsorbent 8 filled in the adsorption tank 7. The organic solvent recovery device 1 comprises a system 18 for cooling tank drain piping 17 connected to an adsorption tank 7-lower part for discharging drain water condensed in the adsorption tank 7 in the desorption process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】反応性の高い有機溶剤を処理する場合において、安全に処理できる有機溶剤回収装置の提供。【解決手段】有機溶剤を含有する被処理ガス２を吸着剤８に接触させることで有機溶剤を吸着し、水蒸気を用いて有機溶剤を脱着する吸着材８を充填した複数基の吸着槽７を備え、吸着槽７に充填された吸着材８に被処理ガス２を供給することで有機溶剤を吸着材８に吸着させて処理ガスとして排出する吸着工程と、吸着槽７に充填された吸着材８に水蒸気を供給することで有機溶剤を吸着材８から脱着させて有機溶剤を含有する脱着ガスとして排出する脱着工程とを、交互に繰り返し、脱着工程で排出される有機溶剤を含有する脱着ガスを凝縮器１５で冷却回収する有機溶剤回収装置１であって、脱着工程において吸着槽７内で凝縮したドレン水を排出するために吸着槽７下部に接続された槽ドレン配管１７を冷却するシステム１８を有する有機溶剤回収装置１。【選択図】図１
