PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device, an information output method, and a program that convey information to viewers by attracting them even more.SOLUTION: An information output device reproduces calling moving image content obtained by editing an advertisement voice As including calling in Japanese, and a calling advertisement image Ag including Japanese jp and a phonetic symbol pr corresponding to the calling, and texts of foreign languages en, ch and th as translation. If a language menu 15a (Chinese) is selected, the information output device reproduces basic explanation moving image content obtained by editing an advertisement image Ag(ch) including, together with Japanese with low difficulty and a selected foreign language advertisement voice As(ch) as simple commodity explanation, Japanese jp and its phonetic symbol pr corresponding to the advertisement voice As, and the text of the selected foreign language.
