Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery testing device with which it is possible to reduce supply electric power from a power supply system or regenerative electric power to the power supply system.SOLUTION: A battery testing device 8 comprises: a bidirectional DC-DC converter 20 to which a first battery 11 and a second battery 12 are connected and which has a voltage raising/lowering function; a charger 5 for supplying electric power to at least one of the first battery and the second battery; a charge/discharge control unit 30 for generating, on the basis of the currents and voltages of the first battery and second battery, a first command for charging/discharging between the first battery and the second battery and a second command for supplying electric power greater than or equal to losses occurring in the first battery, the second battery, and the bidirectional DC-DC converter, and applying the first command to the bidirectional DC-DC converter and applying the second command to the charger; and an evaluation unit 4 for evaluating the degree of degradation of the first battery on the basis of the current and voltage of the first battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電源系統からの供給電力又は電源系統への回生電力を低減可能なバッテリの試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】バッテリの試験装置8は、第1のバッテリ11及び第2のバッテリ12が接続され電圧の昇降圧機能を有する双方向DC−DCコンバータ20と、第1のバッテリ及び第2のバッテリのうち少なくとも一方に電力を供給する充電器5と、第1のバッテリ及び第2のバッテリの電流及び電圧に基づいて、第1のバッテリと第2のバッテリとの間で充放電を行う第1の指令と、第1のバッテリ、第2のバッテリ、及び双方向DC−DCコンバータで発生する損失分以上の電力を供給する第2の指令とを生成し、第1の指令を双方向DC−DCコンバータに与え、第2の指令を充電器に与える充放電制御部30と、第1のバッテリの電流及び電圧に基づいて第1のバッテリの劣化度を評価する評価部4と、を備える。【選択図】図1
