HERMETIC TYPE COMPRESSOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HERMETIC TYPE COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hermetic type compressor which can improve the water proof performance of a power supply terminal box with a simple configuration without using a seal function material such as a gasket.SOLUTION: The periphery of a power supply terminal assembly of a closed container 1 is formed flat into a planar part 26. A bottom wall 25 of a power supply terminal box 12 contacting with the planar part 26 is formed with an annular protrusion 16 which surrounds an installation part of the power supply terminal assembly 14, and the planar part 26 and the annular protrusion 16 are joined in a molten state. With this, as the planar part 26 and the annular protrusion 16 are joined in the molten state, a seal function material is unnecessary, and as only the planar part and the annular protrusion 16 are formed and welded, a fixing structure becomes simple.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ガスケットのようなシール機能材を使用しないで、しかも簡単な構成で電源端子箱の防水性能を向上できる新規な密閉型圧縮機を提供することにある。【解決手段】密閉容器１の電源端子組立体の周囲を平面状に形成した平面部２６とし、この平面部２６に接触する電源端子箱１２の底面壁２５に、電源端子組立体１４の取り付け部を囲む環状の突起１６を形成すると共に、平面部２６と環状の突起１６とが溶融した状態で接合されている。これによれば、平面部２６と環状の突起１６とが溶融した状態で接合されているのでシール機能材が不要となり、更に平面部と環状の突起１６を形成して溶接するだけなので固定構造が簡単となる。【選択図】図６
