COMPOSITION FOR FILM FORMATION OF PLATING TOOL, PLATING TOOL AND PLATING TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for film formation of a plating tool which is a composition for film formation for forming a plating tool used in plating treatment of a resin molding, and even when the plating tool having a film formed by using the composition for film formation performs an etching treatment with an etchant which has permanganate as an active component, precipitation of electroless plating on the plating tool can be suppressed, and a film exhibiting flexibility and excellent heat resistance can be formed.SOLUTION: A composition for film formation of a plating tool contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a stabilizer, where a content of the plasticizer is 10 to 60 pts.wt., and a content of the stabilizer is 1 to 10 pts.wt, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】樹脂成形体のめっき処理に用いるめっき用治具を形成するための皮膜形成用組成物であって、当該皮膜形成用組成物を用いて形成された皮膜を有するめっき用治具が、過マンガン酸塩を有効成分とするエッチング液によるエッチング処理を行う場合であってもめっき用治具への無電解めっきの析出を抑制でき、且つ、可撓性を示し、優れた耐熱性を示す皮膜を形成することができる、新規なめっき用治具の皮膜形成用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】塩化ビニル系樹脂、可塑剤及び安定剤を含むめっき用治具の皮膜形成用組成物であって、前記塩化ビニル系樹脂１００重量部に対し、前記可塑剤の含有量が１０〜６０重量部であり、前記安定剤の含有量が１〜１０重量部である、皮膜形成用組成物。【選択図】なし
