PULP-MOLDED TRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp molded tray that can prevent surfaces of fruit from being damaged during transportation and prevent satisfactorily defects such as cracks thereof.SOLUTION: The pulp molded tray is configured by arranging a nearly semispherical fruit storage recessed part 1, equipped with a bottom part 20 and a wall part 30 erected to expand upward from the circumference of the bottom part 20, in a tray having a rectangular shape in a top surface view. The inner face of the fruit storage recessed part 1 is formed as a transcribed surface of a pulp-mold forming die. In the wall part 30, an opposing site 32 where an outer wall surface 302 opposes to an outer wall surface 302A of the adjacent fruit storage recessed part 1A includes a higher site 320, which is connected to a wall part at an adjacent fruit storage recessed part 1A side and has as an upper limit the height of an outer peripheral edge of the tray, at a center part in a lateral direction of the opposing site 32; and an outer edge site 34 whose upper end 304 constitutes part of the outer peripheral edge 100 of the tray includes a lower site 340, which is positioned lower than the outer peripheral edge 100 of the tray and cut off in an arc shape, at a center part in a lateral direction of the outer peripheral edge site 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 輸送中に果実の表面を損傷せず、且つ、割れる等の不具合も十分に防止できるパルプモールドトレイを提供する。【解決手段】 底部２０と該底部２０の周囲から上方へ拡がるように立設された壁部３０とを備えた略半球状の果実収容凹部１を上面視方形のトレイ内に配設して成る。果実収容凹部１の内面はパルプモールド成形型の被転写面として形成され、前記壁部３０は、外壁面３０２が隣接果実収容凹部１Ａの外壁面３０２Ａと対向する対向部位３２では当該隣接果実収容凹部１Ａ側の壁部に連なりトレイの外周縁の高さを上限とする高位部位３２０を当該対向部位３２の横方向中央部に有し、上端３０４がトレイの外周縁１００の一部を構成する外縁部位３４ではトレイの外周縁１００より低く弧状に切り欠かれた低位部位３４０を当該外縁部位３４の横方向中央部に有する。【選択図】図１
