Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening working method that can accurately quickly detect a push-up state of the component in fastening work to fasten a component combined in a workpiece by a fastening member.SOLUTION: A fastening working method comprises: a distance measurement step of measuring a distance from a reference position 220 to a detection position 210 by a displacement sensor 73, the reference position set on the opposite side of the power unit 30 across the engine side bracket 25, and the detection position 210 regarded as a part provided with a fastening hole 96 in an engine side bracket (component) 25 and being on the side opposite to the side where a power unit 30 is combined; a determination step of determining whether or not the position of the engine side bracket 25 to the power unit (workpiece) 30 is in a proper position based on the distance measured in the distance measurement step; and a fastening step of disposing a nut 97 (fastening member) to the fastening hole 96 and performing fastening work by a fastening robot 60 when determined that the engine side bracket 25 is in the proper position in the determination step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ワークに組み合わされた部品を締結部材で締結する締結作業において、部品の突上げ状態を正確かつ迅速に検出できる締結作業方法を提供すること。【解決手段】締結作業方法は、エンジン側ブラケット(部品)25における締結孔96が設けられる部位であって、パワーユニット30が組み合わされる側とは反対側の部位を検出位置210とし、エンジン側ブラケット25を挟んでパワーユニット30の反対側に設定される基準位置220から検出位置210までの距離を変位センサ73により測定する距離測定工程と、距離測定工程で測定した距離に基づいてパワーユニット(ワーク)30に対するエンジン側ブラケット25の位置が適正位置に有るか否かを判定する判定工程と、判定工程でエンジン側ブラケット25が適正位置にあると判定された場合は締結孔96にナット97(締結部材)を配置して締結ロボット60による締結作業を行う締結工程と、を含む。【選択図】図3
