Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation apparatus with a distillation column in which an evaporation and concentration operation from a low concentration region to a high concentration region can be smoothly performed by one reboiler (equivalent to evaporator) without using a large-sized steam compressor and as a result, the compactification of the apparatus and the reduction of costs in comparison with a conventional example can be achieved.MEANS: A distillation apparatus 1 includes: a multistage distillation column 2; a reboiler 3; and a steam compressor 4 by which steam supplied from the top of the distillation column 2 is compressed and heated up and becomes the heat source of the reboiler 3. An evaporation and concentration operation is performed: by compressing and heating up the steam supplied from the top of the distillation column by the drive of the steam compressor 4 to become the heat source of the reboiler 3 when the concentration of a stored liquid is in a low concentration region; and by injecting heated steam into the reboiler 3 by a heated steam injection pipe 40 when the concentration of the stored liquid is in a high concentration region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大型の蒸気圧縮機を用いることなく、1つのリボイラー(蒸発缶に相当)で低濃度域から高濃度域までの蒸発濃縮運転を円滑に行うことができ、この結果、従来例に比べて、装置のコンパクト化及びコストの低減を図ることができる蒸留塔を備えた蒸留装置を提供する。【手段】蒸留装置1は、多段の蒸留塔2と、リボイラー3と、蒸留塔2の塔頂部から供給される蒸気を圧縮昇温しリボイラー3の加熱源とする蒸気圧縮機4とを備える。貯留液の濃度が低濃度域である場合には、蒸気圧縮機4の駆動によって蒸留塔の塔頂部から供給される蒸気を圧縮昇温しリボイラー3の加熱源とし、貯留液の濃度が高濃度域である場合には、加熱蒸気注入管40によって加熱蒸気をリボイラー3に注入して蒸発濃縮運転を行う。【選択図】図1
