Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device and a vehicle control method which can simply evaluate insulation resistance in an electric system of a vehicle and increase evaluation accuracy.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 1 comprises an inverter 11, an AC current detection unit 123, a band-pass filter 151, and a pre-earth occurrence notification unit. The inverter 11 receives an input of power from the outside and supplies AC power to a motor 3 (a load). The AC current detection unit 123 is provided on a ground line connecting the inverter 11 and a ground point B and detects an AC current flowing through the ground line. The band-pass filter 151 extracts an AC current with a predetermined frequency range from the AC current detected by the AC current detection unit 123. The pre-earth occurrence notification unit outputs a pre-earth occurrence notification signal in accordance with a comparison result between the magnitude of the AC current extracted by the band-pass filter 151 and a predetermined AC current threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の電気系統における絶縁耐性を簡素に評価することができ、かつ、評価精度を高めることができる車両用制御装置及び車両用制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両用制御装置1は、インバータ11と、交流電流検出部123と、バンドパスフィルタ151と、地絡発生前通知部とを持つ。インバータ11は、外部からの電力の入力を受けてモータ3(負荷)へ交流電力を供給する。交流電流検出部123は、インバータ11と接地点Bとを接続する接地線に設けられ、当該接地線を流れる交流電流を検出する。バンドパスフィルタ151は、交流電流検出部123が検出する交流電流から所定の周波数領域の交流電流を抽出する。地絡発生前通知部は、バンドパスフィルタ151が抽出した交流電流の大きさと所定の交流電流閾値との比較結果に応じて地絡発生前通知信号を出力する。【選択図】図1
