Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally suppress positional displacement and floating of edge portions of plural laminate iron core materials to be superimposed and punched to manufacture a laminate iron core.SOLUTION: A laminated iron core manufacturing apparatus includes a superimposing portion for superimposing plural laminate iron core materials, an edge position correcting portion, a floating preventing portion, and a punching working portion. The edge position correction portion aligns the edge positions of the plural laminate core materials among the laminate iron core materials, and corrects edge positional deviation of the plural laminate iron core materials with respect to the reference edge position. The floating preventing portion prevents floating of the plural laminate iron core materials whose edge positions are aligned by the edge position correcting portion and whose edge position deviation is corrected. The punching portion punches the plural laminate iron core materials which are superimposed by the superimposing portion and have been subjected to the processing by the edge position correcting portion and the processing by the floating preventing portion, thereby obtaining punched bodies of the plural laminate iron core materials used for manufacturing an iron core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】積層鉄心を製造すべく重ね合わせて打抜く複数の積層鉄心材料の縁部位置ズレおよび浮き上がりを可能な限り抑制できること。【解決手段】本発明の一態様である積層鉄心製造装置は、複数の積層鉄心材料を重ね合わせる重ね合わせ部と、縁部位置修正部と、浮き上がり防止部と、打抜き加工部とを備える。縁部位置修正部は、複数の積層鉄心材料の縁部位置を各積層鉄心材料間で揃えるとともに、基準縁部位置に対する複数の積層鉄心材料の縁部位置ズレを修正する。浮き上がり防止部は、縁部位置修正部によって縁部位置が揃えられ且つ縁部位置ズレが修正される複数の積層鉄心材料の浮き上がりを防止する。打抜き加工部は、重ね合わせ部によって重ね合わせた複数の積層鉄心材料であって、縁部位置修正部による処理と浮き上がり防止部による処理とが行われた複数の積層鉄心材料を打抜いて、積層鉄心の製造に用いる複数の積層鉄心材料の打抜き体を得る。【選択図】図1 |
