QUALITY MONITORING DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the cause of quality deterioration in a network to be isolated in relation to a technique to monitor the quality of a network including a radio network.SOLUTION: A throughput analysis processing unit 609 monitors communication of each radio terminal in a network, and thereby calculates a throughput value for each data communication at each radio terminal.
