Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely/surely prevent an electric-shock or short-circuit accident in an uninterruptible distribution line construction in simple structure and according to an inexpensive method.SOLUTION: A circuit breaker for construction comprises: a thin tube 7 which is provided together in a cable 3; a switch lever side gear which is interlocked with a switch lever 4 of a main body 2 of the circuit breaker for construction; a pulley side gear which is engaged with the switch lever side gear; a power transmission mechanism including a pully being coaxially in tight contact with the pulley side gear and being rotated in the same direction; a steel wire 8 of which one end is connected to an outer circumference of the pulley and the other end extends to the outside of the thin tube 7; and a cap 9 for externally fitting the cable 3 and the thin tube 7. A distal end of the steel wire 8 is connected to an inner wall of the cap 9, and the cable 3 and the thin tube 7 are inserted into a cylinder shape 91 of the cap 9. When the switch lever 4 is "ON", the cap 9 shields the other end of the cable 3. When the switch lever 4 is turned "OFF", the steel wire 8 is wound into the pulley, the cap 9 is pulled by the steel wire 8 and moved closer to the main body, and the other end of the cable 3 is exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造かつ安価な方法で、安全・確実に無停電の配電線工事における感電や短絡事故を防止する。【解決手段】ケーブル3に併設された細管7と、工事用開閉器本体2のスイッチレバー4と連動するスイッチレバー側歯車と、スイッチレバー側歯車と噛み合う滑車側歯車と、滑車側歯車に同軸に密接して同方向に回動する滑車を備える動力伝達機構と、一端が滑車の外周に接続され、他端が細管7の外まで伸びる鋼線8と、ケーブル3と細管7とを外嵌するキャップ9と、を備え、キャップ9の内壁には、鋼線8の先端が接続され、キャップ9の筒状91の内部には、ケーブル3と細管7が挿入され、スイッチレバー7が「入」の場合、キャップ9はケーブル3の他端を遮蔽しており、スイッチレバー7を「切」にすると、鋼線8が滑車に巻き込まれ、キャップ9が鋼線8に引かれて本体側に移動してケーブル3の他端を露出する。【選択図】図1 |
