Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus and method of a twisted element wire filament length, capable of accurately measuring in a non-contact state, a filament length of a twisted element wire in an element wire during a step of producing element wires by twisting a plurality of element wires without bringing twist-back by transporting while twisting the plurality of twisted element wires.SOLUTION: A twisted element wire filament length measuring apparatus 100 measures a filament length of a twisted element wire 101 in a twisted wire 102, during a step of producing the twisted wire 102 with a desired twisting rate by twisting a plurality of twisted element wires 101 without bringing twist-back by transporting while twisting the plurality of twisted element wires 101. The twisted element wire filament length measuring apparatus 100 includes a length measuring device 110 for measuring a filament length of the twisted element wire 101 by irradiating laser beams 109 to the twisted wire 102, and a corrector 115 for collecting a filament length of the twisted element wire 101 obtained with the length measuring device 110. The corrector 115 corrects a filament length of the twisted element wire 101 obtained by the length measuring device 110 by using a correction value previously empirically or experimentally obtained in accordance with a twisting rate of the twisted wire 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数本の撚素線を捻りながら搬送することにより、複数本の撚素線を撚り返しを伴わずに撚り合わせて撚線を製造する工程中に、撚線における撚素線の条長を非接触で正確に測定することが可能な撚素線条長測定装置及び撚素線条長測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の撚素線101を捻りながら搬送することにより、複数本の撚素線101を撚り返しを伴わずに撚り合わせて所望の撚り込み率の撚線102を製造する工程中に、撚線102における撚素線101の条長を測定する撚素線条長測定装置100であって、撚線102にレーザ光109を照射して撚素線101の条長を測定する測長器110と、測長器110で得られる撚素線101の条長を補正する補正器115と、を備え、補正器115は、撚線102の撚り込み率に応じて予め経験的又は実験的に得られる補正値を使用して測長器110で得られる撚素線101の条長を補正する撚素線条長測定装置100である。【選択図】図1 |
