PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical deflector that avoids an excess current from flowing in electrodes of a piezoelectric actuator when a potential is supplied to the electrodes from an external apparatus.SOLUTION: An optical deflector comprises: a reflection part; at least one piezoelectric actuator that includes a first piezoelectric material and electrodes applying a driving voltage to the first piezoelectric material, and drives the reflection part; a lead wire 141 that supplies a potential to the electrodes of the piezoelectric actuator; and at least one capacitor 20a that includes a second piezoelectric material 6a and is formed on the lead wire 141.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】圧電アクチュエータの電極に、外部機器から電位が供給されるときに、過剰な電流が流れること回避する光偏向器を提供する。【解決手段】光偏向器は、反射部と、第一の圧電体及び当該第一の圧電体に駆動電圧を印加する電極を有し、反射部を駆動する少なくとも一つの圧電アクチュエータと、圧電アクチュエータの電極へ電位を供給するリード線１４１と、第二の圧電体６ａを含み、リード線１４１に形成された少なくとも一つのキャパシタ２０ａと、を備える。【選択図】図６
