LIQUID SOAP FOR PM2.5 CLEANING FOR VEGETABLE AND FRUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid soap for PM2.5 cleaning excellent in removal effect of PM2.5 adhering to vegetable or fruit and high in safety.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid soap excellent for PM2.5 cleaning for vegetable and fruit which contains liquid soap containing 5 to 50 mass% of soap consisting of fatty acid sodium and fatty acid potassium having lauric acid, myristic acid, oleic acid of 20 to 30 mass% in the total fatty acid and 0.01 to 5 mass% of an inorganic alkali agent and further palmitic acid, is excellent in cleaning removal effect of PM2.5 adhering to foods such as vegetable or fruit and further high in safety because natural derived soap is a cleaning component, without deteriorating flavor of vegetable and fruit after cleaning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】野菜や果物に付着しているＰＭ２．５の除去効果に優れ、かつ安全性の高いＰＭ２．５洗浄用液体石けんの提供。【解決手段】ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸および全脂肪酸中の２０〜３０質量％がオレイン酸である脂肪酸ナトリウム及び脂肪酸カリウムからなる石けん５〜５０質量％、無機アルカリ剤を０．０１〜５質量％含む液体石けん、あるいはさらにパルミチン酸を含む野菜・果実のＰＭ２．５洗浄用液体石けんで、野菜、果物などの食品に付着したＰＭ２．５の洗浄除去効果に優れ、しかも洗浄後の野菜・果物の風味を損なうことなくまた、天然由来の石けんが洗浄成分であるために安全性の高い液体石けんが得られる。【選択図】図１
