Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material whose outermost surface is finished with mirror finishing although a coating film is directly formed on an inorganic material including a woody reinforcing material.SOLUTION: A production method of a building material comprises: a first step coating a first ultraviolet curable coating on an inorganic material including a woody reinforcing material and being imperfectly cured; a second step coating a second ultraviolet curable coating and being perfectly cured; a third step polishing a perfectly cured second ultraviolet curable coating and making a surface smooth; and a fourth step coating an enamel coating and being cured. In the second step, the second ultraviolet curable coating is coated in a state that the first ultraviolet curable coating is imperfectly cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】木補強材を含む無機質材に直接塗膜が形成されているにもかかわらず、最表面が鏡面仕上げである建材を提供する。【解決手段】木補強材を含む無機質材の上に、第一紫外線硬化型塗料を塗布し、不完全硬化させる第一のステップと、第二紫外線硬化型塗料を塗布し、完全硬化させる第二のステップと、完全硬化した第二紫外線硬化型塗料を研磨し、表面を平滑にする第三のステップと、エナメル塗料を塗布し、硬化させる第四のステップとを備え、第二のステップにおいて、第二紫外線硬化型塗料は、第一紫外線硬化型塗料が不完全硬化の状態で塗布される建材の製造方法。【選択図】図１
