Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of relative positioning between rotor parts (Lundell-type constitution parts) arrayed in an axial direction.SOLUTION: An A-phase rotor part 20a and a B-phase rotor part 20b, arrayed in an axial direction, each include: a pair of rotor cores 21, 31, having claw-like magnetic poles 24, 34, respectively in a circumferential direction; and a field magnet M, positioned between the pair of rotor cores 21, 31 in the axial direction, magnetized in the axial directions. Each fitting part 37b (projection 37) of the B-phase rotor part 20b side is fitted to each notch 38 of the A-phase rotor part 20a side and thereby each of the fitting parts 37b and notches 38 is engaged in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】軸方向に並ぶロータ部(ランデル型の構成部)同士の周方向の相対的な位置決めを可能としたロータを提供する。【解決手段】軸方向に並ぶA相ロータ部20a及びB相ロータ部20bはそれぞれ、周方向に複数の爪状磁極24,34をそれぞれ有する一対のロータコア21,31と、該一対のロータコア21,31の軸方向間に位置し該軸方向に磁化された界磁磁石Mとを備える。そして、B相ロータ部20b側の各嵌合部37b(突起部37)は、A相ロータ部20a側の各切り欠き部38に対して嵌合され、それにより、各嵌合部37bと切り欠き部38とが周方向に係合されている。【選択図】図4 |
