NOTIFICATION DEVICE AND NOTIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a called party of a country name or a regional name of a calling party without depending on functions of a called terminal.SOLUTION: While using country identification information of a calling terminal 1 which originates a call terminated at a called terminal 3 connected to the same communication carrier network 6 as a notification device 10 and of via country terminals 2 via which the call is terminated, the country identification information being received regarding the terminated call, a data conversion part of the notification device 10 identifies country names or regional names of the calling terminal 1 and the via country terminal 2. A notification part of the notification device 10 notifies the called terminal 3 of the identified country names or regional names and domestic regional names. The notification part notifies the called terminal 3 of the country names or the regional names as character information or audio information in accordance with attributes of the called terminal. The data conversion part counts the number of different country identification information of the via country terminals and the notification part notifies the called terminal 3 of the counted number of country identification information as the number of via countries.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】着信端末の機能に依らず、発信者の国名や地域名を通知すること。【解決手段】通知装置１０のデータ変換部が、通知装置１０と同一の通信事業者ネットワーク６に接続されている着信端末３に着信した呼について受信した、当該呼を発信した発信端末１および当該呼が経由した経由国端末２の国識別情報を用いて、当該発信端末１および当該経由国端末２の国名または地域名を特定し、通知装置１０の通知部が、特定された国名または地域名と国内地域名とを着信端末３に通知する。通知部は、国名または地域名を、着信端末３の属性に応じて、文字情報または音声情報として通知する。データ変換部は、経由国端末２の異なる国識別情報数を計上し、通知部は計上された該国識別情報数を経由国数として着信端末３に通知する。【選択図】図１
