PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information for transmission from being lost by a connectivity check and further to prevent cost of a transmission/reception system or the like from being increased by measures to suppress the loss.SOLUTION: In accordance with a reception situation of check information that is information sent from a transmission device to a present transmission device and used for checking a communication situation between the transmission device and the present transmission device, the communication situation between the transmission device and the present transmission device is discriminated. While transmission source information of reception information other than the check information inputted to the present transmission device continuously to reception of special check information is continuously matched with transmission source information included in the special check information, the continuous reception of the reception information is performed.
