Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing and fixing device of a printed circuit board in which a converter circuit or an inverter circuit constituting a ship-use electric power conversion system or the like is arranged, and an electric power conversion system using the device.SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing and fixing device of a printed circuit board in which a printed circuit board fixing member to which a printed circuit board is attached is fixed to an inner wall of an inner box, and vibration absorbing means is arranged between the inner box and the outer box, in which the vibration absorbing means has: a vibration absorbing spring which, when the printed circuit board fixing member is fixed to the inner wall of the inner box, has a characteristic that the spring is hard to be deformed with respect to compressive force in a longitudinal direction which is applied from a side face of the printed circuit board to the inside of the printed circuit board and has a large elastic coefficient, and has a characteristic that the spring is easy to be deformed with respect to force in a crosswise direction which is applied from the surface to a rear face direction of the printed circuit board or from the rear face to the surface of the printed circuit board and has a small elastic coefficient; and a vibration absorbing spring fixing member in which both ends of the vibration absorbing spring are fixed to the inner box and the outer box, the vibration absorbing means is arranged above and below the inner box in a gravity direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 船舶向け電力変換装置等を構成するコンバータ回路又はインバータ回路を配置したプリント基板の防振固定装置及びそれを用いた電力変換装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 プリント基板が取り付けられたプリント基板固定部材を内箱の内壁に固定し、当該内箱と外箱との間に防振手段を配置したプリント基板の防振固定装置であって、前記防振手段は、前記プリント基板固定部材を前記内箱の内壁に固定した際、当該プリント基板の側面からプリント基板の内側に加わる縦方向の圧縮力に対しては変形しにくく弾性係数が大きい特性を有し、プリント基板の表面から裏面方向若しくは当該プリント基板の裏面から表面に加わる横方向の力に対しては変形しやすく弾性係数が小さい特性を有する防振バネと、前記防振バネの両端を前記内箱及び外箱に固定する防振バネ固定部材と、を有し、前記防振手段を、前記内箱の重力方向の上下に配置した。【選択図】 図1
