IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that enables a user to remove a developing device and a recovery container while a shutter is closed.SOLUTION: A covering member 40 is removably provided on an image forming housing and covers fixing screws that fix the image forming housing to an apparatus body. The covering member 40 is disposed between a recovery toner conveyance part 20 and a lever 330. The lever 330 can swing between an open position where a developing shutter and a conveyance path shutter are open and a closed position where the developing shutter and conveyance path shutter are closed. When the lever 330 is at the open position, an opposing surface 40a comes into contact with the lever 330 to inhibit the advance of the covering member 40. Thus, a user cannot remove the fixing screws covered by the covering member 40 and cannot draw the image forming housing from the apparatus body. Meanwhile, when the lever 330 is at the closed position, the lever 330 does not inhibit the advance of the covering member 40, and the user can remove the fixing screws covered by the covering member 40 and draw the image forming housing from the apparatus body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】シャッタが閉じた状態で現像装置や回収容器などを取り外すことができる画像形成装置の提供。【解決手段】覆い部材４０は作像筐体に着脱可能に設けられ、作像筐体を装置本体に固定する固定ネジを覆い隠す。覆い部材４０は、回収トナー搬送部２０とレバー３３０との間に配設される。レバー３３０は現像シャッタ及び搬送路シャッタが開いた状態の開位置と、現像シャッタ及び搬送路シャッタが閉じた状態の閉位置との間を揺動自在である。レバー３３０が開位置にある場合、対向面４０ａがレバー３３０に接触し覆い部材４０の進行を妨げる。そのため、使用者は覆い部材４０に覆い隠された固定ネジを取り外せず、作像筐体を装置本体から引き出すことができない。他方、レバー３３０が閉位置にある場合、レバー３３０は覆い部材４０の進行を妨げない。この場合、使用者は覆い部材４０に覆い隠された固定ネジを取り外し、作像筐体を装置本体から引き出し得る。【選択図】図５
