Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that can reduce electric resistance of the tire while suppressing disconnection of an electrical conductivity system, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has a carcass including a carcass ply 6A leading from a tread part 2 through side wall parts 3 to bead cores 5 of bead parts 4. On at least one surface of the carcass ply 6A is arranged at least one electrical conductivity system 10 extending continuously from one of the bead parts 4 to the other of the bead parts 4. The electrical conductivity system 10 includes first parts 21 extending linearly over buttress parts 20 and second parts 22 extending in a wavelike fashion at tire equator sides or the bead part 4 sides of the first parts 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】導電性糸の断線を抑制しつつタイヤの電気抵抗を小さくし得る空気入りタイヤ及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】トレッド部2からサイドウォール部3をへてビード部4のビードコア5に至るカーカスプライ6Aを含むカーカスを有する空気入りタイヤである。カーカスプライ6Aの少なくとも一方の面に、一方のビード部4から他方のビード部4まで途切れることなくのびる少なくとも1本の導電性糸10が配置されている。導電性糸10は、バットレス部20を直線状にのびる第1部分21と、第1部分21のタイヤ赤道側又はビード部4側で波状にのびる第2部分22とを含む。【選択図】図3
