DECORATIVE SHEET AND METAL DECORATIVE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a metal decorative member having weather resistance, contamination resistance and solvent resistance and having excellent incombustibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 10 which comprises: a sheet substrate 1; a heat-adhesive resin layer 3 and a weather resistant resin layer 4 which are sequentially laminated on the sheet substrate 1; and a contamination resistant resin layer 5 composed of a fluororesin or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, wherein the weather resistant resin layer 4 contains a mixture of an acrylic resin and an acrylic resin-based rubber and at least one or more selected from a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber and a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber, the mass ratio between the acrylic resin and the acrylic resin-based rubber is in the range of 40:60 to 70:30, the total thickness of the decorative sheet 10 is 200 μm or less, the total thickness of the weather resistant resin layer 4 and contamination resistant resin layer 5 of the decorative sheet 10 is set to be 20 μm or more and 80 μm or less. Such a decorative sheet 10 is stuck to a metallic substrate to constitute a metal decorative member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耐候性、耐汚染性及び耐溶剤性を有し、更に不燃性にも優れた化粧シート及び金属化粧部材を提供する。【解決手段】化粧シート１０は、シート基材１と、シート基材１上に順に積層された熱接着性樹脂層３、耐候性樹脂層４及びフッ素樹脂又はエチレンビニルアルコール共重合樹脂からなる耐汚染樹脂層５を備え、耐候性樹脂層４は、アクリル樹脂及びアクリル樹脂系ゴムの混合物並びにベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤及びトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤から選ばれる紫外線吸収剤を少なくとも１種以上含有し、アクリル樹脂とアクリル樹脂系ゴムとの質量比が４０：６０〜７０：３０の範囲であり、化粧シート１０の総厚が２００μｍ以下であり、且つ化粧シート１０耐候性樹脂層４と耐汚染樹脂層５との合計の厚さが２０μｍ以上８０μｍ以下とされる。このような化粧シート１０は、金属製の基板に貼り合わされて金属化粧部材が構成される。【選択図】図１
