Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently purify waste water containing phosphorous acid and hypophosphorous acid.SOLUTION: A metal material with a metal for forming a phosphate insoluble in water, and a conductive material with an ionization tendency eluting the metal into waste water, which includes at least one kind selected from hypophosphorous acid, phosphorous acid, and an organic compound, are connected via a conduction material, and then immersed into the waste water. Thereafter, the metal forming a phosphate is eluted into the waste water from the metal material, at least one kind selected from the hypophosphorous acid, phosphorous acid and organic phosphorous compound is oxidized into phosphoric acid, and then, the metal forming a phosphate are reacted with the phosphoric acid to be precipitated as a phosphoric acid metal salt, and thereafter be recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】亜リン酸や次亜リン酸を含む廃水を安全で効率よく浄化する方法を提供する。【解決手段】水に不溶のリン酸塩を形成する金属を含む金属材と、該金属を次亜リン酸、亜リン酸および有機リン化合物のうち少なくとも1種を含む廃水に溶出させるイオン化傾向を有する導電性材とを、導通材を介して接続し、該廃水に浸漬させたのち、該金属材からリン酸塩を形成する金属を該廃水中に溶出させて、次亜リン酸、亜リン酸および有機リン化合物のうち少なくとも1種を酸化させてリン酸とし、ついで、リン酸塩を形成する金属とリン酸とを反応させてリン酸金属塩として沈殿させ、その後回収する。【選択図】図1
