Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine capable of easily manufacturing a stator of an overlapped-winding structure by continuously manufacturing a plurality of coils from one lead wire and eliminating the need of a complicated connection process.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine includes: a coil body forming step 600 for forming a coil body that is formed by coupling a plurality of annular coils by the same conductor wire; a coil set step 700 for defining the coil body as a radial coil body which is a coil body in a radial shape, using a coil body holding tool and fitting the radial coil body to the coil body holding tool; a twist step 800 for forming a mesh coil assembly by twisting one side of the radial coil body just at a hooking interval gap between one or more blades; a stator core set step 900 for setting a stator core to a distal end of the coil body holding tool; and an insert step 1000 for inserting the mesh coil assembly into the stator core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
