Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine having an excellent insulation property by using one kind of resin member.SOLUTION: There is thixotropic varnish inside of a slot 15 of a stator core 21, and a stator 20 of a rotary electric machine is configured in such a manner that viscosity of varnish 206 inside of the slot becomes lower than viscosity of varnish 205 in a coil end of a stator coil that is mounted on the slot. The stator coil comprises a segment conductor including a cover part that is covered by an insulation coating, and a peeling part in which the insulation coating is peeled. Peeling parts of two different segment conductors are connected with each other in the coil end, thereby configuring a connection part 28E. The stator may also be configuration in such a manner that the viscosity of the varnish 206 inside of the slot becomes lower than viscosity of the varnish 205 in the connection part 28E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】1種類の樹脂部材を用いて良好な絶縁性を持つ回転電機の固定子を提供する。【解決手段】固定子鉄心21のスロット15内にチキソ性のあるワニスがあり、スロット内のワニス206の粘度が、スロットに装着された固定子コイルのコイルエンドにおけるワニス205の粘度より低いように回転電機の固定子20を構成する。固定子コイルが、絶縁被膜により被覆された被覆部と、絶縁被膜が剥離された剥離部とを有するセグメント導体を備え、2つの異なるセグメント導体の剥離部同士が、コイルエンドにて接続されて接続部28Eを構成し、スロット内のワニス206の粘度が、接続部28Eのワニス205の粘度より低いように構成してもよい。【選択図】図5
