Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom in arrangement of a light source element and form many types of circuits, by using a common printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 23 comprises: many light source mounting parts 34 and inter-mounting part connection parts 325 to 327. A light source mounting part 34 includes a pair of light source terminal connection lands 323 and 324 (terminal connection land). The inter-mounting part connection parts 325 to 327 connect the plurality of light source terminal connection lands 323 and 324.
