Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom in arrangement of a light source element and form many types of circuits, by using a common printed wiring board.SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 23 comprises: many light source mounting parts 34 and inter-mounting part connection parts 325 to 327. A light source mounting part 34 includes a pair of light source terminal connection lands 323 and 324 (terminal connection land). The inter-mounting part connection parts 325 to 327 connect the plurality of light source terminal connection lands 323 and 324. At least any of the inter-mounting part connection parts 325 to 327 is disconnected and a light source element is mounted on at least any of the light source mounting parts 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】共通のプリント配線板を用いて、光源素子の配置の自由度が高く、多数の種類の回路を形成できるようにする。【解決手段】プリント配線板２３は、多数の光源実装部３４と、実装部間接続部３２５〜３２７とを有する。光源実装部３４は、一対の光源端子接続ランド３２３，３２４（端子接続ランド）を有する。実装部間接続部３２５〜３２７は、複数の光源端子接続ランド３２３，３２４を接続する。実装部間接続部３２５〜３２７の少なくともいずれかを切断し、光源実装部３４のうち少なくともいずれかに、光源素子を実装する。【選択図】図４
