Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous piercing device which has a simple mechanism, does not deteriorate a tool life and does not cause scrap-rising.SOLUTION: In a continuous piercing method for continuously piercing material to be worked by a plurality of times by using a mold having a punch and a die 11, movement of the punch in one-time piercing is divided into two steps of a first step and a second step, as the first step, the punch is moved until the piercing of the material to be worked is completed, thereafter, the punch is again moved as the second step after the punch is stopped, a series of piercing works are completed, and the continuous piecing is repeated. Therein, the punch is once stopped after completion of piercing work, thereby, accumulation of sliding heat is suppressed, adhesion of scrap due to seizure of the punch is prevented and, as the result, the simple continuous piercing which does not cause scrap-rising is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】簡易な機構、かつ工具寿命が低下しないカス上がりの発生しない連続穴抜き装置を提供する。【解決手段】パンチとダイ11を有する金型により複数回連続して被加工材を穴抜き加工する連続穴抜き方法において、1回の穴抜き加工におけるパンチの移動を第1段階と第2段階の2段階に分け、第1段階として被加工材の穴抜きが完了するまでパンチを移動し、その後パンチを停止した後、第2段階として再度パンチを移動して一連の穴抜き加工を完了させ、これを複数回繰り返す連続穴抜きであり、パンチが穴抜き加工完了後に一旦停止することにより、摺動熱の蓄積を抑制し、パンチの焼きつきに起因するカス癒着を防止し、その結果としてカス上がりの生じない簡易な連続穴抜きが可能となる。【選択図】図4
