Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new bulk mixed metal oxide catalyst precursor composition capable of controlling sulfide morphology during sulfurization to make a promotor metal even more efficient, thereby providing improved hydroprocessing activity.SOLUTION: A catalyst precursor composition comprises: at least one kind of metal from Group 6 of the periodic table of the elements; at least one kind of metal from Groups 8-10 of the periodic table of the elements; and a reaction product formed from (i) a first organic compound containing at least one primary or secondary amine group and ten or more carbon atoms, or (ii) a second organic compound containing at least one carboxylic acid group and ten or more carbon atom groups, in which the reaction product is not formed from both of the first and second organic groups. The reaction product contains additional unsaturated carbon atoms in comparison with the first and second organic compounds, a metal of the catalyst precursor composition is arranged in a crystal lattice, and the reaction product is not arranged in the crystal lattice. A method for preparing a hydroprocessing catalyst precursor composition comprises sulfurizing the catalyst precursor composition to form a hydroprocessing catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硫化時に、硫化生成物モルフォロジを制御し、促進剤金属の効率をも高め、向上した水素処理活性の触媒をもたらす新規バルク混合金属酸化物触媒前駆体組成物の提供。【解決手段】周期表の第6族からの1種以上の金属、周期表の第8〜10族からの1種以上の金属、ならびに(i)1つ以上の第1級又は第2級アミン基及び10個以上の炭素原子を含有する第1有機化合物もしくは(ii)1つ以上のカルボン酸基及び10個以上の炭素原子を含有する第2有機化合物から形成されるが、両方からは形成されない反応生成物を含む触媒前駆体組成物であって、反応生成物が第1或いは第2有機化合物と比べて、追加の不飽和炭素原子を含有し、触媒前駆体組成物の金属が結晶格子に配列され、そして反応生成物が結晶格子内に配置されていない組成物。触媒前駆体組成物を硫化して水素処理触媒を形成するような、水素処理触媒前駆体組成物の調製方法。【選択図】図1 |
