Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening genes that are characteristically changed in skin aging and a method for screening a substance that regulates the expression of these genes to prevent aging.SOLUTION: The method provides a method for screening a substance that prevents skin aging. The method comprises the steps of: (1) treating a candidate substance that regulates the expression of an intracellular gene in collected test skin; (2) inducing the expression of an intracellular gene so that the test skin cells are placed in a skin-aging causative environment; and (3) measuring the degree of expression of the intracellular gene of the test skin cells placed in the skin-aging causative environment in the step (2). The skin-aging causative environment is menopausal aging due to hormone, and the intracellular gene of the test skin cells in the 3) stage is OGN.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】皮膚老化で特徴的な変化を示す遺伝子をスクリーニングする方法、及びこれらの遺伝子の発現を調節して老化を防止する物質をスクリーニングする方法の提供。【解決手段】1)採取した試験皮膚細胞に細胞内遺伝子の発現を調節する候補物質を処理する段階と、2)前記試験皮膚細胞を皮膚老化原因環境に置かれるようにして、細胞内遺伝子の発現を誘導する段階と、3)前記2)段階において皮膚老化原因環境に置かれた試験皮膚細胞の細胞内遺伝子の発現程度を測定する段階とを含み、前記皮膚老化原因環境は、ホルモンによる閉経期老化であって、前記3)段階における試験皮膚細胞の細胞内遺伝子は、OGNである皮膚老化を防止する物質をスクリーニングする方法。前記候補物質はOGNの発現を調節するものであるスクリーニング方法。【選択図】図1
