METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING APOE-CONTAINING HDL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which measure an amount of cholesterol of apoE-containing HDL in serum with a small amount of a sample for a short time.SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring an apoE-containing HDL includes: a sample feeder (10) which feeds serum being an object together with a buffer solution; a cation exchange column (20) which feeds the serum fed from the sample feeder; a heparin affinity column (30) which feeds a first effluent flowed out from the cation exchange column; a buffer solution feeder (80) which is provided between the cation exchange column and the heparin affinity column, and feeds an auxiliary buffer solution toward the heparin affinity column; a mixer (40) which mixes a reagent with a second effluent flowed out from the heparin affinity column to prepare a mixture liquid; and a detector (50) which irradiates the mixture liquid fed from the mixer with light having a predetermined wavelength to obtain a chromatogram; and adjusts ion concentration of the buffer solution to be fed to the cation exchange column (20) and the heparin affinity column (30).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】短時間かつ少量のサンプル量で血清中のアポＥ含有ＨＤＬのコレステロール量を測定する方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検体である血清を緩衝液とともに送給するサンプル供給器(10)と、このサンプル供給器から送給された血清を送流させる陽イオン交換カラム(20)と、この陽イオン交換カラムから流出した第１流出液を送流させるヘパリンアフィニティカラム(30)と、陽イオン交換カラムとヘパリンアフィニティカラムとの間に設けて、ヘパリンアフィニティカラムに向けて補助緩衝液を送給する緩衝液供給器(80)と、ヘパリンアフィニティカラムから流出した第２流出液に試薬を混合して混合液を作成する混合器(40)と、混合器から送給された混合液に所定波長の光を照射してクロマトグラムを得るディテクタ(50)とを備え、陽イオン交換カラム(20)とヘパリンアフィニティカラム(30)に送給する緩衝液のイオン濃度を調整する。【選択図】図１
