PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operating hand and fingers from being nipped between a sash and a regulator by opening-closing without leaning the body forward from a window, in a fitting having the sash for opening-closing by rotating around the axis in the vertical direction or rotating by sliding out to a window frame and the regulator for regulating opening-closing of a window.SOLUTION: A fitting comprises a window frame arranged in an opening part, a sash for opening-closing by rotating around a vertical rotary shaft to the window frame and a regulator for regulating opening-closing of the sash, and the regulator is arranged between a sash side support member provided near the rotary shaft of a bottom rail of the sash and a window frame side support member provided in a lower frame of the window frame, and comprises a holding part holdable by an operator when opening-closing the sash by projecting above the sash side support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】窓枠に対して垂直方向の軸周りに回動、もしくは滑り出し回動して開閉する障子と、窓の開閉を調整する調整器とを備えた建具について、窓から身を乗り出すことなく開閉できるようにするとともに、操作する手や指が障子と調整器との間に挟まれることを防止する。【解決手段】開口部に配置される窓枠と、窓枠に対して垂直な回動軸を中心に回動して開閉する障子と、障子の開閉を調整するための調整器とを備え、調整器は、障子の下框の回動軸寄りに設けられた障子側支持部材と、窓枠の下枠に設けられた窓枠側支持部材との間に配置され、障子側支持部材の上方に突出して、障子の開閉時に操作者がつかむことができる把持部を備える。【選択図】図１
