Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of rare earth nanoparticles with no need for high pressure reaction environment and without using an organic solvent.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of nanoparticles of rare earth oxide by adjusting pH and temperature for a solution to which an ionic surfactant is added and in which rear earth ions are dissolved, forming micelle where the rear earth ions bind to a hydrophilic group of the ionic surfactant and precipitating the same, heating and sintering a precipitate to conduct removal of an organic article and impurities and obtaining rear earth oxide particles having particles with particle diameter of 100 nm or less that occupy 95% or more by particle number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高圧反応環境が不要であって有機溶媒も用いない、希土類ナノ粒子の簡便な製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】イオン性界面活性剤の添加された、希土類イオンが溶解した水溶液について、pHと温度とを調整することにより、イオン性界面活性剤の親水基に希土類イオンが結合したミセルを形成させてこれを沈殿させ、沈殿物を加熱焼結して有機物その他の不純物除去をおこない、100nm以下の粒径の粒子が粒子数として95%以上を占める希土類酸化物粒子を得ることを特徴とする希土類酸化物のナノ粒子製造方法である。【選択図】図1
