Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase resistance to a collision load by making an arrangement form of welding points to the arrangement form on which shearing force acts in a bumper reinforcement formed of a body member and a lid member in a closed cross-sectional shape.SOLUTION: A bumper reinforcement 14 comprises a body member 20 having a U-shaped cross-sectional shape and a long shape, and a lid member 22 which is disposed to close the opening of the U-shaped cross-sectional shape of the body member and works as a stop surface subjected to a load upon a vehicle collision, and is formed of both members in a closed cross-sectional shape. Joining of the body member 20 and the lid member 22 is made to a disposition form in which inner surfaces of opening ends of both sides 20b, 20c of the body part 20 having the U-shaped cross-sectional shape and both ends 22b, 22c of the lid member 22 are overlapped, and they are joined by spot-welding 28 at the overlapped parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本体部材と蓋部材により閉じ断面形状とするバンパリインフォースメントにおいて、溶接箇所の配置形態を、せん断力が作用する配置形態とすることにより、耐衝突荷重の増大を図る。【解決手段】バンパリインフォースメント14は、コ字状断面形状で長尺形状の本体部材20と、前記本体部材のコ字状断面形状の開口を塞ぐように配設され、車両衝突時に荷重を受ける当たり面となる蓋部材22とを備え、両部材により閉じ断面形状とされる。そして、前記本体部材20と蓋部材22との接合は、コ字状断面形状の前記本体部材20の両側部20b,20cの開口端部の内側面と、前記蓋部材22の両端部22b,22cとが重ね合わされる配設形態とされて、該重ね合わされた部位において点溶接28されて接合される。【選択図】図3 |
