Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder in which, by shafting a screw in a cylinder, even if there is no space for providing a bearing at the outside of the cylinder, the friction contact between the flight of the screw and the inside face of the cylinder is suppressed, and applicable to the production use for a resin molding high in request in a sanitation face such as a food container.SOLUTION: Provided is an extruder 1 where a screw 3 is inserted into a cylinder 2, and a resin material fed from the base end side of the cylinder 2 is melt-plasticized in the cylinder 2 and is discharged from the tip side of the cylinder 2. The base end side of a resin material inlet 22 in the cylinder 2 is provided with a bearing part 25 shafting the base end side of the screw 3, and the bearing part 25 is made of a plain bearing in which a part or the whole is made of a resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シリンダ内でスクリュを軸支することで、シリンダの外側に軸受を設けるスペースが無い場合にも、スクリュのフライトとシリンダ内面との摩擦接触を抑止し、食品容器など衛生面での要求が高い樹脂成形物の生産用途にも適用できる押出機を提供する。【解決手段】押出機1は、シリンダ2内にスクリュ3が挿通され、シリンダ2の基端側から供給された樹脂材料をシリンダ2内で溶融可塑化して、シリンダ2の先端側から吐出させる押出機である。シリンダ2内における樹脂材料入口22の基端側に、スクリュ3の基端側を軸支する軸受部25を設け、軸受部25は、その一部又は全部が樹脂からなる滑り軸受である。【選択図】図2 |
