PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus which has a base and allows a top plate to project by the half or more of the longitudinal length of the base from each of both longitudinal end parts of the base and to provide a medical image diagnostic system.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a bed 11 having a base 23 having a prescribed length in a longitudinal direction, and a top plate 24 which is movably supported by the base 23 in a positive direction and a negative direction along the longitudinal direction and on which a subject is placed, and the half or more of the prescribed length of which projects from an end part at a side in a direction facing the longitudinal direction of the base 23 even when moved in any direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】１台の基台を有し、天板が基台の長手方向の両端部のそれぞれから、基台の長手方向の長さの半分以上突出することができる医用画像診断装置および医用画像診断システムを提供する。【解決手段】医用画像診断装置は、長手方向に所定長さを有する１台の基台２３と、長手方向に沿った正の向きおよび負の向きに移送自在に基台２３に支持されて被検体を載置する天板２４であって、いずれの向きに移送されるときも、所定長さの半分以上の部分が基台２３の長手方向の対応する向き側の端部から突出する天板２４とを有する寝台１１を備える。【選択図】図３
